  1. Navigate to the Client Portal and log in with your credentials
  2. Click on the Cloud VPS tab in the main dashboard menu
  3. Click the Claim Cloud VPS button - the system will automatically provision your server
  4. You'll receive an email with your IP address, username, and password within 24 hours

You have complete control over your Cloud VPS directly from the Client Portal. Monitor real-time metrics and manage your server without ever needing to connect via RDP.

Connecting to Your VPS

Once you receive your credentials (IP address, Username, and Password), you can connect using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

From Windows
  1. Press Win+S and search for 'Remote Desktop Connection'
  2. Input the IP address provided in your confirmation email
  3. When prompted, enter the Username (usually 'Administrator') and Password provided
From macOS

Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Mac App Store, then:

  • Click the + button and select Add PC
  • Enter the IP address in the PC name field
  • Add a user account with your provided credentials or ask every time
