Switching
You can switch between Cloud VPS and CloudConnect once every 30 days. When you switch, your current product is terminated and the new one is provisioned. Make sure to back up any important data before switching.

Pricing changes on August 1, 2026
The Cloud VPS is a paid add-on. Full, current pricing is listed at tradesgnl.com/cloud#vps.
If you subscribe before August 1, 2026, your Cloud VPS is free for as long as your subscription stays active. This free rate is locked in for the life of your subscription and does not expire on August 1.
If you subscribe on or after August 1, 2026, the Cloud VPS is a paid add-on on every plan (Starter, Advanced, and Professional). See tradesgnl.com/cloud#vps for the exact price.
How the free rate works
- Subscribe before August 1, 2026 and the Cloud VPS costs nothing on top of your plan, for as long as you keep your subscription active without lapsing.
- This applies to Starter, Advanced, and Professional subscribers who join before the cutoff.
- If your subscription lapses or is cancelled after August 1, 2026, re-subscribing means the Cloud VPS is charged at the standard add-on price shown at tradesgnl.com/cloud#vps.
- For the exact add-on price after August 1, 2026, always refer to tradesgnl.com/cloud#vps. Pricing is not duplicated here so there is a single source of truth.
Claim Your Cloud VPS
You must claim your Cloud VPS yourself. Head to the Cloud VPS page in your Portal to claim and provision your server. The resources you receive depend on your plan:

After claiming your VPS from the portal, you'll receive an email with your IP address, username, and password within 24 hours.
Connecting to Your VPS
Once you receive your credentials (IP address, username, and password), you can connect using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
Quick tip
You can download a pre-configured RDP shortcut file directly from the portal's Cloud VPS page for one-click connection.
From Windows
- Press Win+S and search for 'Remote Desktop Connection'.
- Input the IP address provided in your confirmation email.
- When prompted, enter the username (usually 'Administrator') and password provided.
From macOS
Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Mac App Store, then:
- Click the + button and select Add PC.
- Enter the IP address in the PC name field.
- Add a user account with your provided credentials, or ask every time.
Managing Your VPS
You have complete control over your Cloud VPS directly from the Client Portal. Monitor real-time metrics and manage your server without ever needing to connect via RDP.

Control your VPS state using the action buttons in your dashboard:

Use Reboot for a graceful restart if MetaTrader 5 becomes unresponsive. Use Stop only as a last resort, as it forces an immediate power-off.
