Switching
You can switch between Cloud VPS and CloudConnect once every 30 days. When you switch, your current product is terminated and the new one is provisioned. Make sure to back up any important data before switching.
Claim Your Cloud VPS
Advanced and Professional plan subscribers are entitled to a dedicated Cloud VPS included in their plan, but you must claim it yourself. Head to the Cloud VPS page in your Portal to claim and provision your server. Starter plan users can also add a Cloud VPS there as a paid add-on.

After claiming your VPS from the portal, you'll receive an email with your IP address, username, and password within 24 hours.
Connecting to Your VPS
Once you receive your credentials (IP address, username, and password), you can connect using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
Quick tip
You can download a pre-configured RDP shortcut file directly from the portal's Cloud VPS page for one-click connection to your server.
From Windows
- Press Win+S and search for 'Remote Desktop Connection'.
- Input the IP address provided in your confirmation email.
- When prompted, enter the username (usually 'Administrator') and password provided.
From macOS
Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Mac App Store, then:
- Click the + button and select Add PC.
- Enter the IP address in the PC name field.
- Add a user account with your provided credentials, or ask every time.
Managing Your VPS
You have complete control over your Cloud VPS directly from the Client Portal. Monitor real-time metrics and manage your server without ever needing to connect via RDP.

Use Reboot for a graceful restart if MetaTrader 5 becomes unresponsive. Use Stop only as a last resort, as it forces an immediate power-off.
