Sgnl AI

Sgnl AI is the assistant built into your TradeSgnl portal. Ask it about your trading results, your connected accounts, or how to set something up, and it answers from your own data and the TradeSgnl docs. It's there on every page, so you can ask without leaving what you're doing.

Open Sgnl AI

Click Sgnl AI at the top of any page in the portal. The chat opens on the right and stays open as you move between pages. On your phone, tap Sgnl AI in the bottom bar.

Type your question and press Enter. Use Shift + Enter for a new line.

Sgnl AI reads the same trade history you see in Analytics, so you can ask about it in your own words.

How do my longs compare to my shorts?
Show me my daily P&L this week.
Am I overtrading?
How does my live trading compare to my backtest?

Your accounts and signals

It can see your connected accounts, the signals you've sent, and what happened to each one.

Are all my accounts connected?
Did any signals fail today?
Why didn't my last EURUSD alert open a trade?
What's my balance right now?

When a signal didn't trade, Sgnl AI works through it in order: whether the signal arrived, which accounts it reached, and why an account turned it down. It ends with what to change.

Sgnl AI can search the TradeSgnl docs, so it answers setup questions with the steps that apply to you.

Writing alert messages

Describe the trade in plain English and Sgnl AI writes the alert message for you, using the same rules as the Syntax Generator. It can also start from one of your saved Signal Presets.

Write an alert that buys 0.1 lots of gold with a 50 pip stop and two take profits.

Copy the message into your TradingView alert. For setting up alerts directly on your chart, the TradingView AI extension does it for you.

Add screenshots and files

Click the attachment button to add images, PDFs, CSV files or text files to your question. A screenshot of a TradingView alert or an error message is often the quickest way to get help.

Fast, Pro and Max

Pick how much effort Sgnl AI puts into an answer from the menu next to the send button:

Thinking in the same menu sets how long it reasons before answering (Low, Medium or High). Deeper thinking gives more careful answers but takes longer.

Max is available on paid plans above Starter. On a trial or the Starter plan, it's shown with an Upgrade link.

Your conversations

Every conversation is saved. Click the history button at the top of the chat to go back to an earlier one, click a conversation's title to rename it, or click + to start a new one.

Strategy mode

Switch the chat to Strategy to write TradingView Pine Script strategies instead of asking questions. This is the same AI as Strategy Lab, which is the best place to build and edit a strategy in full. Strategy mode is available on plans above Starter.

Sgnl AI or TradingView AI?

• Sgnl AI lives in the portal and knows your account: your results, your accounts, your signals and your settings.
• TradingView AI lives on your TradingView chart: it reads the chart, draws on it, and creates alerts there.
